Still using four, six, or even eight different sealing compounds? Not at VICTOR REINZ. Just two types cover every application on an engine, exhaust system, powertrain, and body: REINZOSIL and REINZOPLASTand the gasket remover RE-MOVE. No-one needs more sealing compounds than that!
Practical tip
RE-MOVE – Get a clean sealing surface ASAP. This is how it works:
Cover oil and water channels plus the bearing surfaces.
Shake can well before use.
Spray onto the sealing surfaces until a uniform film of liquid has formed; allow to sit for about 10 minutes.
Remove residual material with a brush or scraper (Important: do not damage the sealing surfaces!).
Use a dry, lint-free cloth to dry the sealing surfaces.
After usage, turn the can upside down and spray until spray head is dry.
Tip: For best results, spray the cut edges of the gasket before disassembling the components.
