ProTeC shielding systems with an inlay of mica successfully combine the characteristics of being emissions free with an inlay resistance to temperatures greater than 1000 °C. They are made by compressing expanded and ground mica (vermiculite) without the addition of binder – available only from VICTOR REINZ.
